• Please treat our property as if it was your own. We’ve worked hard to create a great experience for you and your guests. Read through our policies and FAQs below. If you still have questions, then please reach out. We’re happy to coordinate and accommodate in any way that we can!

  • Full refund for cancellations up to five days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations within five days of arrival.

  • Guests will be liable for any damage to the property (inside or outside) that occurs during their stay. If an item is broken, then please let us know ASAP…it will help us quickly address the issue for you and future guests.

  • No fireworks or discharging of firearms on the property. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in removal from the property.

  • The owner must be aware of all guests that intend to stay at the property. Only approved guests will be allowed to enter the resort. Hammock + Pine can accommodate up to six guests per night.

  • Absolutely no glass is allowed on or near the hot tub. Broken glass could force us to replace the entire hot tub. Additionally, please do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. If damage to the hot tub or hot tub cover occurs, then the guest(s) will be held financially responsible.

  • Parties are not permitted on the property. Additionally, please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

  • Hammock + Pine has a septic system on the property that might clog if improper items go down the drain. Please make sure that no items other than toilet paper are flushed. Additionally, please make sure to discard all food debris, grease, and other cooking-related items into the trashcan.

  • Hammock + Pine is a smoke-free/vape-free home. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Any guests that violate this policy will be fined and asked to vacate the premises by the owners.

Policies

  • Yes. Apple Maps and Google Maps should take you directly to our property. The majority of the roads that lead to the property are paved. However, the cabin is off a gravel road. You do not need four-wheel drive to access Hammock + Pine. The driveway is paved and has enough parking for everyone in your group.

  • Of course! We know that it’s easier to prepare meals and activities when you know what to expect. Please click here in order to see an itemized list of everything you can expect to find in the cabin.

  • Yes! Pets are definitely allowed. However, please be respectful of our furniture and decor. Additionally, please clean up after your pet to respect the outdoor space for future guests. If your animal doesn’t do well when being left alone, then please put them in a crate before leaving the property.

  • Yes. Coosawattee River Resort is a gated community. When you arrive, you and your guests will be required to check in with the gate attendant before being admitted into the neighborhood.

  • Hammock + Pine is two hours from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. We’re also only an hour and a half from the Chatanooga Airport.

  • Hammock + Pine is located in Ellijay, GA. We’re 15 minutes from Downtown Ellijay and 35 minutes from Blue Ridge. Both cities are historic small towns with great shopping, restaurants, and family-fun activities. We’re also right in the middle of numerous wineries and outdoor activities!

  • Please be on the lookout for wildlife in the area, especially on your drive to and from the cabin. Deer oftentimes hide right off of the road. Black bears, hawks, and other animals also call the area home. Please keep yourself and your animals safe by staying away from any wildlife you might encounter during your stay.
